Chief Olabintan FamutimiThe Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tricontinental Oil Services Ltd. He was educated at University of Ibadan – B.Sc (Honors), Geography/Geomorphology, 1968 — 1971) and Institute European d'Administration Des Affairs (INSEAD) Fontainebleau, France. Chief Famutimi started his career as a research assistant at Nigeria Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER), He later moved on to The Hawker Siddeley Engineering Company UK, United African Company (U.A.C) PLC, R.T. Briscoe Nigeria Division, Pfizer Products Company PLC, Boots Company Nigeria PLC in which he served in various capacities. Chief Famutimi is an honorary fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He is a member of numerous institutions namely, The Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), Nigerian Institute of Management, Association of Nigerian Exporters, Institute European d'Administration Des Affairs (INSEAD) Alumni Association, Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Institute of Directors, and the current governing Board Nigerian American Chamber of Commerce. Chief Famutimi is the Chairman/Managing Director of Beeb Holdings Ltd, Chairman of Capital Heritage Nigeria Limited, Nigerian-Romanian Wood Industries Ltd. (NIROWI) and Ondo to mention a few. Since 1993, he has been a non-executive director with Goldlink Insurance PLC, one of the largest insurance underwriters in Nigeria. He is also a director of the Orion Shipping Company Limited and of the Nigerian Petroleum Club. Dr. Toyin AshiruToyin Ashiru obtained B.Sc. (Honors) degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK; and Ph.D. degree in Industrial Metallurgy from the University of Birmingham, UK. For the past three decades, he utilized his diverse experiences in academia, consulting, and project management to provide technical services for the enhancement of productivity in major oil, gas, refining, and petrochemical companies worldwide. He is well recognized for his work on plant integrity and failure analysis investigations. He holds patents on processes and systems that he developed for the mitigation of corrosion related problems in industries. He has published more than 100 papers in journals and conferences. Eric A. WilliamsThe Chairman of Tricontinental Trinidad Limited. A geologist with a major in Exploration Geophysics obtained from the University of Houston in 1983 Eric built his career from technical to global energy consultant. Eric has 30+-year track record of visionary leadership. Having held two positions in public office, he is a former Member of Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago and former Minister of Energy and Energy Industries, having held that post for four years from 2002 - 2006. In his capacity as Minister of Energy, Eric structured, negotiated, and brokered agreements with both world leaders and captains of industry, while upgrading Trinidad and Tobago's internal energy capabilities. During his tenure, Eric led the restructuring of the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries, setting a benchmark for his successors: the LNG industry in Trinidad and Tobago expanded from one train, with a capacity of 3.3 million tonnes per annum, to four trains producing 15.2 million tonnes per annum. In December 2009, Eric was Trinidad and Tobago's nominee, for the post of Secretary General of the 11-member Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), headquartered in Doha, Qatar. Eric is the former Chief Operating Officer and Country Manager at Afren Energy Resources (Nigeria) Limited. He also served with Maranatha Geophysical Services Limited, from 1999 to 2001, Processing Manager of Western Geophysical Division of Baker Hughes (Trinidad Office) from 1998 to 1999 and Marketing Manager of Western Atlas International Inc. (Trinidad Office) in 1998. Eric also was an instructor in several training programmes from 1994 to 1998, where he was a part-time lecturer in geophysics at the University of the West Indies. He also played an active role in the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, serving on the Geophysics Integration Committee. He is a former member of the Interpretation Committee of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and was a two-term president of the Geological Society of Trinidad and Tobago. Diana ClyneExperienced in the fields of international commerce and complex litigation with multiple forms of government, has allowed her to successfully utilize applicable technologies and strategies to achieve sustainable and ethical business development. As a litigation specialist educated at the University of Virginia, she has been responsible for client representation at trial and in commissions of enquiry, witness preparation, litigation strategy and management, investigations into companies, copyright and intellectual property infringement research. Diana is a founding member of the Trinidad and Tobago Transparency Institute, working to reduce corruption and foster good governance and a national chapter of Transparency International, the global civil society organization leading the fight against corruption.
